MENTAL CONTROL . The magician asks an spectator to help him out to make an experiment of mental control. He shows five jumbo size cards with drawings of common objects (marker, cellophane, money a card and matches). After he shuffles the cards he shows one of the cards and announces that this one would be his prediction. He gives the card to the spectator and asks him to keep it without looking at it (He has to place it on his chest) After that the magician shows (to the audience only) an other set of five, saying that they are duplicates and all containing the same picture as the group of cards shown before. At this point all the spectators are laughing because they ( but not the helper) know already that all the cards are the same to the one the spectator is holding on his chest; the “predicted one”.The magician says: our helper will choose one card and thanks to my mental control it will be the same as the predicted card. After the second card is chosen (from a pack with all similar pictures) the magician asks the spectator to show the card to everybody. The Magician can’t believe that the card is different than the rest of the cards and the audience knows by now that it will not mach the predicted card. After saying a few “magic words” the magician asks the spectator to show the card that was on his position from the beginning, to everyone’s amazement it turned to be the same as the chosen card. A great routine with a big twist at the end. *This product comes from Spain and the instructions are available only in Spanish at this point.
